The ACMI Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting SXS's fleet of aircraft to international airlines and managing seasonal demand fluctuations, ensuring that available capacity is effectively leased throughout the year

Building relationships with potential customers ensures that contracts are maintained with existing and new customers, thus developing long-term partnerships. It contributes to the sustainability of the business by providing a continuous stream of revenue.

  • Market company aircraft internationally.
  • Conduct market research to establish partnerships and acquire clients.
  • Evaluate financial prospects and risks in ACMI leases and negotiate, sign, and prepare ACMI contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with all leasing process parties.
  • Track performance metrics and address operational challenges.
  • Monitor market trends and scout new business opportunities.
  • Report negotiations and contribute to ACMI budgeting and analyze seasonal ACMI market demand.

  • Proficient in English, with proficiency in a second language considered an asset.
  • Competent in computer usage, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • A university degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience, particularly in ACMI leasing or sales-marketing.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks within the aviation industry and authorities.
  • Open to frequent international travel, with no restrictions on flying/traveling.
  • Skilled in financial planning, analysis, and managing budgets.
