Operations Performance Management is right at the heart of SWISS’ operations, contributing every day to insight-based decision making and continuous performance improvements of airline operations. This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in data analysis and airline operations within a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborate and effectively communicate data insights across various stakeholders from SWISS’ Operations departments

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in an analytical subject, e.g., data science, engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics or related fields
  • Knowledge of SQL coding, good command of at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Data science and/or data engineering background is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, yet a team-player with strong communication, and social skills
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills; competences in analysis and management presentations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and Excel
