As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You manage operations planning and documentation for flights
  • You act in case of volume-, weight-, and trim-critical flights
  • You transmit necessary messages and data
  • You perform post-flight duties, including mandatory documentation
  • You ensure communication with local and central departments
  • You issue load instructions and weight/balance documents
  • You supervise safe and efficient turnaround operations
  • You coordinate loading and all involved service providers
  • You manage check-in, boarding, and gate procedures
  • You handle service desk tasks, including ticketing and payments
  • You manage lost & found baggage services
  • You assist passengers with irregularities and special needs
  • You ensure smooth lounge operations for premium guests
  • You follow safety and security procedures across all tasks

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • You have a high school degree
  • You completed vocational training (desirable)
  • You bring 1-3 years of working experience (desirable)
  • You are fluent in English and Slovakian, both spoken and written
  • You have strong PC skills
  • You work diligently and systematically
  • You can work independently and take initiative
  • You are service-oriented and confident in sales
  • You handle ad-hoc decisions with ease and perform well under pressure
  • You are suitable for shift work
  • You are sociable, cooperative, and a team player
  • You maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • You may undergo a psychological aptitude test

Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in Slovakia.
