  • Acceptance of medical inquiries from our international customers
  • Preparing the documents required by our experienced flight physicians to assess fitness to fly
  • Communicating with internal and external service providers
  • Managing transportation on Lufthansa flights in the booking system
  • Collaboration on overarching topics such as quality management

Medical Services & Health Management Lufthansa Group

The Passenger Medical Care & Medical Operation Center (FRA GM/C) is the emergency and transport medical competence center of Lufthansa Group Business Services' Medical Services & Health Management Lufthansa Group (FRA GM).

We are responsible for organizing patient transports on Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and Discover Airlines flights and are the point of contact for PWD guests (passengers with disabilities).

Together, we take care of sick crews and analyze medical emergencies on board in order to incorporate the key aspects into the on-board equipment and first aid training for flight attendants.

We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:

  • Secondary school leaving certificate and completed training in the medical field (emergency paramedic, health and
    nurse, medical assistant, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of English (other foreign languages desirable)
  • Responsible, precise and service-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team as well as good contact and cooperation skills
  • Shift work is no problem for you (daily from 06:00 - 22:30)
