The HR Specialist is responsible for People and Culture by fostering a strong employee experience and design and develop a strong Talent Management and People Development program which is in line with Lufthansa Standards. Engaging employee experience and contributing to global initiatives and meetings is key purpose of the role.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree HR & Law, Business Administration or other related areas
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of Human Resources, min. 5 years
  • Very good knowledge of Turkish, both spoken and written
  • Good Knowledge of English is a benefit
  • Solid MS Office knowledge
  • Willingness to go on a Duty Travel
  • High integrity, confidentiality and respect for compliance
  • Highly organized, with an ability to keep records and assess data
  • Excellent communication skills when conversing with 3rd parties and local authorities
  • Problem-solving mentality, with an ability to think quickly and shift gears in a constantly changing environment
  • A strong networker, with a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships
