As a LEAD DEVELOPER , I love to build outstanding software. I lead and mentor a team of software engineers and provide technical direction. I am a key player for my team delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of Lufthansa Group customers.
- I make sure the development team work efficiently and successfully
- I support, motivate and inspire their work
- I act as the interface between development team and CTO.
- I make architectural decisions, perform code reviews, take on difficult software development tasks, and develop proof of concepts (PoC) for new technologies and solution approaches
- I work in an international environment with a highly diverse team

- At least 2 years of leadership experience with cross-functional intercultural teams in a scaled agile environment
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in web and app Software Development
- Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Microservices and RESTful services, design patterns, DevOps,JIRA, SQL / NoSql , Azure, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, React, Angular.
- Relevant experience in developing digital products in the context of e.g. eCommerce
- Strong ability to structure complex software development issues, prioritize accordingly and facilitate between different parties
- Strong communication skills and can easily facilitate discussions between stakeholders and teams
- Experience in leading, motivating, coaching, etc.
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone
- Very good command of English language
