DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our hybrid cloud and infrastructure platform.
As our Cloud & DevOps Engineer you will sit at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and cloud architecture: designing, building, and operating the Kubernetes-based platform that our applications run on, while keeping security and reliability front and center.
Tasks
- Run our Azure environment end to end: AKS, Key Vault, MS Defender, firewall, networking, identity, and everything around it
- Manage networking across Azure and on-prem, including VPN and site-to-site connectivity
- Manage the VMs, Kubernetes nodes, and supporting services that run on it
- Operate Kubernetes across multiple projects
- Troubleshoot cluster issues across the stack, from kernel to ingress
- Advise on architectural decisions where infrastructure, networking, or data flow matter
- Operate and improve our Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki stack
- Manage identity and access across Azure, Kubernetes, and on-prem systems, with least-privilege as the default
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and operating production cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including networking, security, identity, and platform services.
- Solid production experience running Kubernetes environments at scale.
- Experience contributing to solution architecture and infrastructure design decisions.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience operating critical production services such as PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Scripting and automation expertise using Bash, Go, or similar technologies.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- University Degree in Engineering or Business Informatics
