Are you passionate about Customer Service? Interested in working for an Airline and looking to expand your knowledge, then this might be the opportunity for you!
- Assist customers with all travel related services and customer enquiries (Inbound & Outbound).
- Achieve and maintain optimal accessibility to customers in order to achieve performance targets.
- Provide excellent and consistent customer service to ensure service quality in dealing with customers at all times.
- Maintain product knowledge at all times to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Graduate.
- Must have been Unemployed for the last 3months.
- 2years Customer Service Experience – Unbroken Service Acceptable
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Good understanding of computer system and standard software.
- Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
