  • Oversee companywide ICT operations, drive improvement of end user satisfaction with IT systems and services
  • Create long-term operating strategy for the IT Operations Department identify, develop, implement ICT frameworks, standards, policies, procedures/ best practices
  • Plan annual IT budgets, control approved budgets, reporting expenditures
  • Manage internal/external audits PCI-DSS/ ISO27001
  • Report IT operational performance, identify, implement, monitor mitigating actions
  • Manage external service providers to contractual agreements
  • Lead Service Desk, System Support/ Information Security departments consists of 22 employees worldwide to the LH InTouch Core Values
  • Make a difference in the digital SME sector, have an agile mind-set

  • IT professional with min. 7 years ICT with leadership experience
  • Support contact centers Genesys include infrastructure and develope, manage multi-level IT service desk/ support teams
  • Modern aspects of computing, virtualization, cloud, hybrid, hyper-converged computing, and software defined infrastructures
  • Experience/understand regulatory compliance topics ISO, PCI, GDPR/ develop IT business cases ROI, TCO
  • Strong proficiency in English language
  • Genesys Engage/ Cloud CCAAS platforms
  • MS Azure/ AWS /Google Hyperscalers
  • Citrix/Cloud virtual desktop environment
  • Network security/architecture MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN
  • Server infrastructure HPE Cluster or similar environments
