Once you join our team as Buyer/ Planner you will:

  • Ensures production supply mainly using an ERP system (SAP R/3)
  • Plans and schedule material needs
  • Optimizes inventory and process improvements
  • Sources aircraft material and negotiate prices when needed
  • Monitors all purchase orders and address invoice and goods receiving issues when such arise
  • Makes sure the required certificates are provided (proper training will be provided)
  • Coordinates and interfaces on a professional basis with all internal and external colleagues in English
  • Anticipates potential problems and risks, and generates ideas, insight and solutions to resolve or “head off” potential problems
  • Assists with projects / reporting as necessary

To be successful in the role you need:

  • University degree in field relevant for the position (technical- or business administration)
  • Relevant job experience of minimum 1,5 years
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken (German would be considered an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel/ Word/ Access/ PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP R/3
  • Internet and email skills
