  • 1st and 2nd level support for client (Windows 7) and server (Windows/Linux)
  • Installation and configuration of notebooks and desktop computers
  • Maintenance of the Cisco network and firewall infrastructure
  • Monitoring and maintenance of SQL databases
  • General maintenance of the IT infrastructure, creation of technical documentation and assumption of various special activities and projects
  • On-call service and maintenance nights

  • Degree in the field of computer science
  • Sound experience in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Work experience with Windows Client/Server, SQL Server and Active Directory is a must
  • Experience with Cisco certifications would be an advantage
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken); German is preferable
  • Swiss or EU national or a holder of a Swiss working permit
