Join our infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering a smooth and successful office equipment rollout. From preparing and configuring devices to coordinating deployment and distribution, you'll be involved in every stage of the process. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable technical and operational experience and collaborate with professionals across the business.

Tasks

Internship duration: 01-03.2027 | 20 hours per week 

Onsite internship with mandatory office presence

  • Rollout equipment preparation: i.e. Unpacking monitors and attaching stands to the monitors
  • Organizing and properly storing replaced IT equipment and cables
  • Collecting and preparing used packaging materials for recycling and disposal
  • Coordinating the distribution of used IT equipment to employees and maintaining appropriate inventory records

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and computer peripheral
  • Basic technical skills and interest in IT
  • Ability to handle and prepare IT equipment for deployment
  • IT-related education or technical background would be an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Communicative English skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
