As we continue to expand and optimize our existing Lufthansa Group Inflight Connectivity Portals, we are looking for a dedicated individual to shape and further develop the entire content management process.

Start: January 2027 - 6 months fixed-term

Tasks

  • You coordinate the collection and handling of new content requirements from various stakeholders such as Group Airlines, Retail Media, Marketing etc
  • You prioritize content, plan implementation, and create tickets in our ticketing system
  • You are responsible for maintaining and editing content in the CMS, creating engaging copy, and handling smaller design tasks
  • You conduct internal reviews, functional tests, and user experience checks, ensuring content consistency across tenants
  • You analyze usage data, monitor performance, and derive targeted actions based on your findings
  • You will work closely with the team, continuously improve the user experience, effectiveness and support the scaling and centralization of content

Requirements

  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
  • You have an excellent command of German and English; French or Italian is an asset
  • You think ahead, contribute your own ideas, and actively drive improvements
  • You demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a high level of motivation
  • You have strong organizational skills and a keen sense of priorities
  • You work in a structured and independent manner while maintaining a strong team spirit
  • You use the MS Office programs very well
  • You have experience in content management, which is considered a bonus
  • You possess strong analytical skills, and experience with content performance tools is a plus
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
