Are you interested in project management, do you enjoy working with people, and would you like to play an active role in ensuring projects are successful? Then you've come to the right place!

Start date: March 2027 – 6 months fixed-term

Tasks

  • You’ll work closely with our project managers, gain exciting insights into the world of aviation, and support them in their day-to-day project work
  • Whether it’s a kick-off, workshop, or project meeting—you’ll help with organization, prepare presentations, and document key findings and decisions
  • Together with our project managers, you’ll ensure that our project management tools are up to date and that the data they contain is complete
  • You’ll help create reports, analyses, and evaluations, thereby laying an important foundation for successful project management
  • You’ll actively contribute to the organization and operation of our internal PM community and our training sessions, helping to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated, curious, and highly organized individual to join our team—someone who enjoys driving things forward and contributing new ideas

  • You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
  • You are studying business administration, business informatics, project management, or a similar field
  • You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English—both verbally and in writing
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in project management
  • You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
