Tasks

  • Conception, calculate & book tailored high-performance airfreight solutions
  • Plan capacity & volumes for accompanied, classified and defense consignments
  • Act as first local contact for Diplomatics & defense customers, ensuring availability
  • Develop partner relationships to establish competitive customer solutions
  • Manage end-to-end service execution incl. coordination through billing
  • Negotiate rates with partners, agents & clients
  • Provide backup support for USA, Vienna & APAC
  • Liaise with customers, airlines, partners, finance & internal Diplo team

Requirements

  • Vocational degree or 2+ years practical experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in DGR & Defense shipments
  • First experience in international legal requirements
  • Proficiency in figure-based decision-making
  • Customer & solution drive; sales-minded
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a matrix setup
  • Strong intercultural skills
  • Computer literacy incl. MS Office & relevant software; willingness to travel on short notice
  • Severely disabled applicants with equal aptitude are given preferential treatment
