Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Support and guide mobile app testing throughout development
- Collaborate as a quality expert with the product team
- Apply agile best practices aligned with company goals and market trends
- Build an internal community focused on quality, innovation and growth
- Provide technical support for software testing: automation, functional/non-functional, exploratory, integration and CI/CD
- Help prioritize product team tasks, balancing quality and deadlines
- Uphold and support agile development standards
- Ensure quality at every stage of the software lifecycle

- Experience in agile development environments
- Expertise in testing and willingness to share knowledge
- Up-to-date with modern testing techniques and tools
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to dive into code and analyze production data
- Drive to implement improvements and ideas
- Willing to work from Gdańsk office at least 2x/week or relocate to Trójmiasto
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of the airline industry as an asset
