

Maintenance Planning Engineer (Execution)

Come and join our Planning & Engineering team, where we support all stages of aircraft maintenance. From technical evaluation and planning of materials, tools and manpower to scheduling and on-site support, we ensure efficient coordination and smooth project execution.
Tasks
- Evaluate aircraft Work Packages and define planning requirements
- Define required maintenance data and verify Production capabilities
- Clarify technical and Work Package-related topics with customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare Load & Capacity and Milestone Plans
- Define man-hour and Job Card closure targets
- Ensure the final Work Package is correctly transferred
- Monitor daily maintenance execution against defined targets, address deviations and provide feedback
- Support re-planning activities and changing project requirements during execution
- Prepare post-layover reporting, historical analyses and performance evaluations
- Adapt planning activities to customer-specific requirements
- Ensure EASA Part-145 compliance within planning activities
- Interpret Customer and OEM technical documentation
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- University degree in Aircraft Engineering, relevant technical education, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in aircraft base maintenance planning/execution is an advantage
- Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and technical documentation
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively across different teams
- Very good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP
