Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Perform the physical acceptance of cargo, including Ready for Carriage (R4C) and security checks
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cargo
- Support Unit Load Device (ULD) build-up and supporting external staff during cargo handling activities
- Weigh ULDs and trolleys accurately
- Complete and sign ULD tags as required
- Perform the physical breakdown of ULDs
- Report irregularities, including missing or damaged cargo and identify non-declared Dangerous Goods (DGR)
- Hand over freight to customers in accordance with established procedures
- Perform all activities in accordance with documented Cargo Handling Manual (CHM) and Ground Operations Manual (GOM) procedures
- Observe and apply the security requirements of the company and local authorities

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent qualification in accordance with applicable Cargo Handling Manual (CHM) and Ground Operations Manual (GOM) requirements is desirable
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a relevant operational role
- Must willing to work shifts
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as well as the Marathi language
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and strategic thinking
- High degree of reliability, teamwork, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Must possess a valid driver's licence
