Come and join our family at One Material Management department, where you will support aircraft maintenance projects around the world - from material planning and procurement to inventory management and coordination during aircraft layovers.

Tasks

  • Act as the Company's representative before customs authorities and in the National Customs Agency e-portal.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations impacting logistics and material management processes.
  • Manage customs authorizations, simplifications, and related customs activities.
  • Apply, monitor, and continuously improve customs processes and procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customs authorities, brokers, and internal stakeholders, including handling escalations.
  • Prepare customs and Intrastat reports, support management reporting, and maintain effective relationships with customs offices and internal departments.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or at least 2 years of experience in customs operations.
  • Solid knowledge of customs regulations, customs operations, and material management processes, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex topics effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with precise verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in English for professional business communication.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong computer skills (MS Office; SAP/ERP experience is an advantage).
