Come and join our Continuous Improvement team, where we drive innovation, process improvement and strategic development across the site. From implementing OPS to enabling alignment and continuous improvement, we support operational excellence, business growth, and knowledge sharing. 

Tasks

  • Designing, coordinating and further developing Part 145 & Support processes in operations incl. network–wide roll-out.
  • Leading projects in the field of process development related to continuous improvement, audit recommendations & user feedback
  • Defining business requirements and supporting implementation for production related network IT systems (e.g. Performance Management, SAP, Digital Jobcard) together with the technical IT operations
  • Create process and user documentation (ProX & Wiki), support training and briefings
  • Support and advise managers in implementing the measures
  • Special tasks; participating in or leading projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of internal interfaces; AMS production process knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in process analysis, optimization, and Lean management.
  • Fluent English and advanced IT skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to present complex topics.
  • Knowledge of work design and company organization.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Persuasive, assertive, and resilient.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, service- and customer-focused.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%), complete further training, and undergo a psychological aptitude test if required.
