Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of Rolls Royce Tay, PW V2500 and CFM56-5B/7B engines
  • Perform safe operation of the engine under test
  • Perform removal and installation of engines on the test cell
  • Ensure accurate data recording of engine test parameters
  • Calibrate test cell measurement equipment
  • Post processing of test data
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Complete routine maintenance of the test cell (oil changes, fuel fill, etc.)
  • Calibrate test cell measurement equipment
  • Post processing of test data

Requirements

If you want to be the next Test Cell Technician, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2 years of jet engine maintenance experience or related maintenance fields
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent cost consciousness
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Excellent quality consciousness
  • Excellent productivity driven
  • Excellent reasoning ability

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
