Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Analyze customer needs and develop feasible, scalable, cost-efficient operational solutions
  • Coordinate with sales, account management, network, and operations to validate capabilities and resources
  • Manage tender activities, operational concepts, and pre-margin cost inputs for pricing
  • Support tenders by aligning solutions with customer needs and internal standards
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, and operational handovers
  • Develop and optimize SOPs for lane business and repeatable customer solutions
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee assigned business to ensure operational stability and customer alignment

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/ A levels/ Abitur or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the field of logistics and/or freight forwarding
  • Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
  • Supply Chain Management knowledge 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
