Lufthansa Technik Milan is looking for you to join our team in Malpensa. We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support projects, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the digitalization of our operations in a dynamic aviation environment.
Tasks
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring internal and external projects;
- Collecting and analyzing operational, financial and contractual data;
- Preparing dashboards, reports and presentations for management;
- Coordinating the flow of information between management, internal departments and external stakeholders;
- Driving process and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, efficiency and process quality;
- Supporting the standardization of processes and continuous improvement;
- Contributing to the company’s digitalization by defining and implementing tools, workflows and reporting solutions.
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- Experience – even brief – gained through work placements or university projects in project management, process improvement, Operational Excellence or business analysis is an advantage. Experience in aviation Airline, MRO on commercial Aviation business is considered a plus;
- Good data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools;
- Knowledge of the principles of project and process management;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and a result-oriented approach;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent in English and willingness to travel.
