Tasks
Depending on current priorities and your interests, your assignment will focus on project management, app & hardware management or even other areas within our department. You will contribute to operational activities and take ownership of initiatives with the guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Project Management: Take ownership of smaller projects and improvement initiatives within our engineering or maintenance organization. Support project planning, coordinate meetings, and support clear communication within the organization
- Application & Hardware Management: Support and optimize business-critical applications and mobile devices used throughout SWISS TechOps by performing device updates, testing new functionalities, identifying usability shortcomings, driving improvements, and maintaining user guides and support documentation
- CoC Digital & Development Support: Contribute to a variety of activities across the CoC Digital & Development, incl. process mgmt, sustainability, business analysis, data and analytics, and others, based on our business needs and your interests
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in the aviation industry
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to support wherever help is needed
- Fluent in English and comfortable working with MS Office
- German language skills are an advantage, but not required
