Tasks

Your tasks as Strategic Partnership Manager  may include, among others:

  • Lead strategic initiatives within the Component Services division, working closely with regional and global stakeholders
  • Navigate strategic decision-making and actively support implementation within the organization
  • Serve as the regional counterpart for the Americas for all cooperation and partnership-related initiatives and insights within Component Services
  • Align regional partnership needs with the overall objectives and long-term success of the Component Services segment
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the Americas and in the global organization, particularly Sales and Engineering, to ensure seamless working structures
  • Negotiate cooperation and license agreements for new business models and manage contracts

Requirements

To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor´s degree required
  • Master´s degree desirable
  • 5 years of experience in Aviation and/or Aviation Maintenance sector or Business Development experience in comparable sector
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German or Spanish language desirable
  • Knowledge in Aviation or Aviation maintenance
  • MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) as expert
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Excellent project management
  • Excellent strategic thinking
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Excellent commitment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver´s license
  • Manage constant time pressure
  • Manage high stress level
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
