

Lease Analyst with German (m/f/diverse)

Join our Lease Management team as a Lease Analyst and support lease-related processes across the Lufthansa Group.
You will be responsible for managing lease data and supporting day-to-day Lease Management activities, including lease contract administration.
Tasks
- Manage lease contract data throughout the contract lifecycle, including lease agreement abstraction and maintenance of master data
- Maintain and update lease-related information in relevant systems and databases
- Support lease payment processes and verify lease-related invoices
- Prepare and coordinate sublease invoices for internal and external subtenants
- Support the verification of rent and other lease-related charges with relevant stakeholders
- Support budgeting activities related to lease payments and service charges
- Maintain digital lease documentation and ensure data accuracy
- Support year-end activities related to service charges
- Prepare lease portfolio reports and analyses
- Cooperate with international stakeholders on lease-related questions and issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of Lease Management processes
- Support the implementation and further development of a new Lease Management platform
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field
- 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a service delivery or shared services environment
- Experience in accounting or finance-related processes, such as PTP or OTC - an advantage
- German at C1 level and English at B2 level
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Willingness to learn a new business area and new systems
- Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders in an international environment
- Hybrid work (1+ days): one day per week in the office plus additional office days as required
- Willingness to travel to Germany approximately once per month for 2–3 days
