Tasks

  • Supporting the review and verification of sustainability documents received from fuel suppliers
  • Performing data entry into the Fuel IT system
  • Assisting in the improvement of data handling processes and reducing turnaround time per transaction
  • Analyzing data quality issues (e.g., missing fuel tickets, incorrect data)
  • Preparing Excel and PowerPoint reports
  • Supporting Fuel team in administrative tasks

Requirements

Are you a student (Logistics, Economics or related) looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:

  • Analytical skills - working with numbers, preparing reports and analyses is your cup of tea!
  • Good command of English (min. B2 level)
  • German language skills will be a huge asset
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Diligent and precise working habit
  • Time & task management
  • Communication skills
  • Team player
