Tasks

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Gain practical experience in the recruitment process by supporting candidate selection, communication, and applicant assistance throughout hiring stages
  • Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including the organization and execution of orientation days for new trainees.
  • Provide organizational and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Participating in projects focused on the continuous improvement and further development of technical training programs.
  • Contribute to trainee-related activities and collaborate with stakeholders involved in recruitment and vocational training
  • Develop insights into talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce development through hands-on HR experience

Requirements

  • At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of your degree
  • Enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s degrees (Gap Year)
  • Interest in human resources management, training or communication
  • Organisational skills, team spirit and a passion for working with people
  • Independent, reliable and structured approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
