Are you interested in independently designing digital learning and knowledge resources for various target audiences? Would you like to gain insights into the further development of qualification and management processes and contribute to topics related to requirements, data, and transparency?

Tasks
You can expect a variety of tasks that will allow you to contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility, and gain practical experience in the areas of learning and development, digital transformation, and process design.
- You’ll gain practical skills with a focus on learning formats tailored to specific target groups and user-enablement offerings
- You’ll work with the team to develop quality standards for digital learning content and, based on these standards, create explanatory videos, tutorials, and how-to guides
- You’ll gather requirements from the training environment, identify data and functional needs, and prepare analyses and reports for management purposes
- You’ll support projects aimed at further developing training structures and gain insights into strategic training processes
- You’ll further develop our internal knowledge platform and design it as a user-friendly resource
- You’ll participate in coordination meetings with business units on training-related topics
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- You are currently in at least your third semester of a degree program, such as
economics, education, pedagogy, psychology, communication studies, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- You are passionate about designing digital learning and knowledge resources, trying out new tools, and adapting content to be understandable and useful for different audiences
- You have a strong technical aptitude and are interested in digital systems, data structures, and reporting solutions
- Apply existing skills in Microsoft Excel under professional guidance
- Initial experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently
- Very good German and good English skills
