

Internship International Construction Project

To support an international defense infrastructure project, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to assist the project management team with organizational and coordination tasks.
You will gain insights into the management of complex construction and infrastructure projects and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders in an international environment.
Tasks
- Support with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of project meetings
- Researching technical contexts and preparing decision-making documents
- Maintaining schedules, action item lists, and project documentation
- Assisting with evaluations, reporting, and key performance indicator analyses
- Providing support on digitization and BIM-related topics within the project environment
- Participation in project meetings at the Hamburg office and, if necessary, at the project site
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on project management and collaboration on complex infrastructure projects

Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program, such as civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, project management, or a comparable field
- Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- A structured, independent, and meticulous work style
- Good German and English language skills
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiative
- Interest in infrastructure, construction, or aviation projects
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of BIM (OpenBIM, Autodesk Forma) is a plus
