Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Lead the Mobile Engine Service (MES) team in engine maintenance activities, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and turnaround targets
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and company standards and regulations
  • Monitor capacity and demand, identify gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage tooling and material availability for global Mobile Engine Service (MES) production events
  • Ensure proper management and regulatory compliance of tooling and materials
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, clear targets, and effective performance management
  • Support recruitment, training, facility planning, and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with global MES network partners and contribute to the development of standards, processes, and new products

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant aviation MRO experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams
  • Strong expertise in production operations, tooling and material management, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver excellent production results
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese language
  • Company will provide relocation assistance
