Tasks
We are responsible for idea management across the entire Lufthansa Group. Through change initiatives, we promote awareness, empowerment, and commitment among all stakeholders. We need your support for our diverse projects:
- Participating in the planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and events for various target audiences
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on implementing marketing campaigns, editorial work in idea management, and supporting change processes

Requirements
To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, in the case of a required internship, written proof of a mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between bachelor’s and master’s degrees (Gap Year)
- Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong organizational skills-experience organizing events
- Strong communication skills (written and oral); editorial experience is ideal
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint); experience with graphics and editing software (Adobe) is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German
