Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Independently perform engine repair tasks and complete/sign off relevant documentation in accordance with approved data and company quality procedures
  • Supervise employees when authorized, ensuring maintenance activities meet required standards through inspection, guidance, and support
  • Contribute to the Engine Rapid Repair Support Project across the Asia-Pacific region
  • Participate in training to acquire the required knowledge, skills, qualifications, and authorizations
  • Develop professionally through structured training and a clear technical career progression pathway
  • Maintain and document tools and equipment, promptly reporting any defects or issues
  • Participate in network-wide tooling and equipment projects
  • Handle and label engine materials in accordance with quality procedures and ensure proper disposal of chemical substances
  • Support Engine Rapid Repair aviation material supply chain projects as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • A college diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Engine Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an aircraft engine overhaul or maintenance shop
  • Demonstrated proficiency in engine disassembly and assembly, core module maintenance, borescope inspection, blend repair (bore blending), and test cell operations
  • A strong team player with a rigorous, responsible, and quality-focused approach to work
  • Possession of a valid Civil Aircraft Component Repairer’s License
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Company will provide relocation assistance
