Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Leading, developing and managing a team of Segment Sales Managers, including recruitment, onboarding, and qualifying new Segment Sales Managers
- Representing and promoting LHT’s portfolio in the field Engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services to airlines and industrial customers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships within the regional MRO community and among existing and potential customers
- Developing and executing sales strategies in close cooperation with LHT Corporate Sales
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, designing and executing specific sales campaigns for Engine MRO Services
- Understanding customer’s specific requirements and calculation of complex Engine MRO Services proposals
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 5 years of MRO experience required in the fields of sales, customer service or another customer facing responsibility
- Fluency in English language required
- German and other language desirable
- MS Office skills as user
- Knowledge in SAP, Power BI, and/or Tableau
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent reasoning ability
- Excellent strategic thinking
- Excellent ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent customer orientation
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver´s licence
