Tasks

At Lufthansa Systems Poland - a renowned provider of top-tier IT solutions and services for the aviation, logistics, and finance sectors - your tasks will include: 

  • Building and maintaining robust data processing pipelines
  • Exploring and analyzing diverse data sets
  • Creating insightful dashboards for data visualization
  • Collaborating closely with Middleware and Digital Hangar teams

Requirements

What you’ll bring: 

  • 3+ years’ commercial experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Processing
  • Expertise in Python, PySpark, Pytest, Azure Data Factory, Azure ML, Databricks, and Git
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and modern data architectures (Data Lakes)
  • Skilled in API data extraction and working with structured databases
  • Familiarity with VCS, CI/CD pipelines, and data cleaning/analysis
  • Agile mindset with Scrum team experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and strategic approach
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and growth
  • Willingness to travel quarterly
  • Availability to work onsite in Gdańsk 2 days/week or to relocate to Trójmiasto
  • Nice to have: SQL, NumPy, Pandas 
  • Plus: knowledge of software development processes
