Tasks
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on purchasing and procurement processes, including invoice verification and administrative support activities
- Support data analysis, modeling, and the development of finance-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of ideas for process optimization and automation initiatives
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of decision-making and steering committee meetings
- Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through collaboration on finance and process improvement projects
- Support the creation of reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and management
- Participation in supplier workshops and support in stakeholder management
Behind the scenes
Requirements
You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Strong IT affinity and interest in working with complex and diverse IT systems
- Enthusiasm and strong interest in aviation
- High motivation when working with data and data‑driven topics
- Strong understanding of processes and the ability to analyze workflows structurally and improve them efficiently
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary interface environments
- Creativity in developing solutions and optimization ideas
- Precise and structured working style
