Tasks

  • Gaining practical skills with a focus on purchasing and procurement processes, including invoice verification and administrative support activities
  • Support data analysis, modeling, and the development of finance-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of ideas for process optimization and automation initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of decision-making and steering committee meetings
  • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through collaboration on finance and process improvement projects
  • Support the creation of reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and management
  • Participation in supplier workshops and support in stakeholder management

Requirements

You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship

  • Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Strong IT affinity and interest in working with complex and diverse IT systems
  • Enthusiasm and strong interest in aviation
  • High motivation when working with data and data‑driven topics
  • Strong understanding of processes and the ability to analyze workflows structurally and improve them efficiently
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary interface environments
  • Creativity in developing solutions and optimization ideas
  • Precise and structured working style
