Tasks

What you’ll do: 

  • Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, products and streaming solutions
  • Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, integration and delivery
  • Create and maintain APIs and integrations for data exchange
  • Gather and refine technical and business requirements
  • Analyze complex data scenarios and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation and solution improvements
  • Provide operational support (10-15% of time)
  • Work in an Agile international environment (Jira)

Requirements

What you’ll bring:  

  • Solid Data Engineering experience (Python, Azure or GCP)
  • Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Unity Catalog, Databricks, PySpark, data pipelines
  • Strong in data ingestion, transformation, storage, integration
  • API development (Python), data exchange services
  • Familiar with CI/CD, version control, automation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in Linux/Windows, international Agile teams
  • English B2/C1
  • Hybrid work (2 days/week in Gdańsk)

 

Nice to have:

  • GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage)
  • Kubernetes/Docker Swarm, Apache Kafka, Grafana
  • Terraform & basic understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
