Tasks
Join our dynamic team and contribute to the evolution of modern airline retailing. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting internal and external communication activities, coordinating projects, and collaborating with a broad range stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging content to showcase our NDC and modern airline retailing innovations
- Support consistent messaging through close collaboration with B2B Marketing
- Coordinate and deliver communication projects with creativity and precision
- Contribute to the planning and execution of key industry events
- Develop clear and compelling presentations and briefing materials
- Ensure all communications align with our brand and guidelines
- Identify opportunities to strengthen our visibility and amplify our message
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Lufthansa Group and external partners

Requirements
We’re looking for a proactive and organized team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. If you enjoy managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, this internship offers hands-on experience with the communication team.
- Preferred workload: 100%
- Education: HF diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Communication or Business Studies. Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's thesis are eligible to apply
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Excellent copywriting, copyediting, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to translate complex topics into engaging presentations
- Project management experience with multitasking strengths
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Event management experience
- Interest in aviation
- Independent, proactive and open minded team player
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience in video editing tools is a plus
