Tasks

Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous: you will be part of the team right from the start, independently taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day business as well as in conceptual and strategic, cross-divisional HR topics.

  • Gain practical experience in operational HR management by gaining insight into all core HR processes, including advising specialist departments and collaborating with employee representative bodies
  • Play an active role in a variety of HR projects and become involved in key HR topics from the very beginning
  • Support and help shape internal communication activities through intranet content, eBase publications, mailings, and other communication channels
  • Participating in initiatives related to Learning & Development while gaining exposure to various areas of HR development and supporting the continuous improvement of training and development programs
  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and initiatives while building a strong understanding of modern people management practices

Application process

Requirements

You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
