As an IT Product Manager, you will combine product ownership, IT service management, business analysis and provider management. You will be responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of assigned applications.

Tasks

  • Take E2E ownership for the operation, development and lifecycle management of assigned IT applications
  • Act as Product Manager for Shelf and Workiva, ensuring stable and reliable services for LHG users
  • Support the Product Manager responsible for Systran and Clarity
  • Ensure smooth operation, releases, upgrades, testing and continuous improvement of the applications
  • Monitor interfaces and automated processes to ensure their integrity, performance and reliability
  • Collect, structure and analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into viable IT solutions
  • Manage relationships with external IT providers, including SLAs, contracts, performance and service quality
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
  • Lead or support the onboarding of new applications, including Workiva within LGBS
  • Coordinate implementation of new solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance, security, risk and architecture requirements

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in IT, IT service management, application management or a comparable area, ideally with a focus on SaaS applications
  • 5+ years of practical experience supporting and managing SaaS applications or comparable business-critical IT solutions
  • Experience working with business-critical IT systems and responsibility for their stable operation
  • Strong ability to analyze business and functional requirements
  • Experience with provider and contract management
  • Understanding of IT Service Management, change management and IT project management principles
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field is an advantage
  • Excellent English skills
  • German is an advantage
