Tasks
For our ambitious transformation project in the Lufthansa Group’s administrative division, we are looking for dedicated and energetic support in the Project Management Office for a strategically important project.
The following responsibilities await you here:
- Gain practical experience in preparing decision-making documents and management reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word
- Develop hands-on expertise in designing, optimizing, and automating reports and dashboards in Power BI and PowerPoint
- Support the project team with project management activities, including risk management, action tracking, project reporting
- Collaborate on the development of quality assurance methods for complex data structures and independently conduct related analyses and audits
- Participating in cross-functional project activities and providing operational and methodological support
- Assist PMOs in coordinating initiatives and monitoring progress across various business functions while contributing to continuous process improvement

Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
- You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- Master’s program - field of study in business administration, ideally in finance and controlling
- Ability to quickly grasp new subject areas and/or initial experience in a comparable environment (preferred)
- High level of self-motivation and commitment, ability to work independently, analytical thinking, creative problem-solving skills
- High standards for the quality of work performed
