Tasks
- Receive accounting and business documents in physical and electronic formats and process them according to established procedures
- Monitor designated portals and communication channels to retrieve invoices and other documentation
- Scan, verify, index, and upload documents into relevant systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal standards
- Perform document validation checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements
- Communicate with internal stakeholders via email to clarify document-related questions and resolve operational issues
- Liaise with relevant departments to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies in documentation
- Maintain and archive paper documents in line with internal retention policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and distribute physical correspondence and documentation to designated departments when required
- Ensure agreed service levels and quality standards are consistently met
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or at least completion of the third year of studies, in any discipline
- Previous professional experience in a corporate environment will be considered an advantage
- Good command of English, minimum B1 or higher depending on service requirements
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively with computer-based systems and process a high volume of documents accurately
- Previous experience in Finance & Accounting or an SSC/BPO environment will be an asset
- Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
