Come and join our family at One Material Management department, where you will support aircraft maintenance projects around the world - from material planning and procurement to inventory management and coordination during aircraft layovers.
Tasks
Once you join the team, you will:
- Process incoming/outgoing materials, including loading/unloading vehicles and receiving items in the ERP system.
- Perform incoming/outgoing inspections, collect certificates, and ensure physical storage meets manufacturer/customer specs.
- Label and segregate materials by ownership, type, and customs rules; run inventory counts.
- Manage internal logistics and deliver items from warehouse to production for project requests on time.
- Draft shipping documents (delivery notes, proforma invoices, CMRs), liaise with customs brokers, and notify carriers.
- Maintain full ERP traceability for outgoing shipments and handle admin tasks for dismantled parts.

Requirements
You will be a great fit for our team if you have:
- Professional experience in warehouse logistics is preferred.
- Good knowledge of other logistics processes (planning and procurement, transport) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, with SAP knowledge preferred.
- Flexibility to manage workload during different project phases.
- Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential areas for improvement in your field of work.
- Basic level of English.
