Tasks
Your esponsibility include:
- Ensure aircraft maintenance activities are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements, approved maintenance data, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Perform and oversee inspections throughout all maintenance phases, including in-process, final, RII, surveillance, and spot-check inspections.
- Identify, document, and evaluate discrepancies, define corrective actions, and ensure their timely resolution.
- Verify the airworthiness of aircraft and components by ensuring maintenance work is properly completed, certified, and compliant with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through quality analysis, reporting, training recommendations, and collaboration with operational teams and customers.

Requirements
Your profile is completed by the following requirements:
- Technical university degree in aviation
- A&P certificate license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial aircraft maintenance, including at least 18 months on the A320 family
- A320 family 80-hour General Familiarization course desired
- Involvement in aircraft maintenance for at least 6 months in the last two years
- Knowledge of FAA regulations
- Computer applications experience
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
