Tasks
You will support the Fleet Management Office team with organizational and administrative management and play an active role in structuring and optimizing internal processes. You will work closely with management team and gain insight into coordination of corporate division. Your responsibilities:
- Participation in work meetings and workshops
- Gain practical experience in supporting the further development of the business unit, with a focus on strategic management and organizational processes
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives within fleet management
- Assist in preparing management presentations, decision-making documents, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of administrative processes and workflows in fleet management
- Support the preparation and follow-up of management meetings, workshops, committee sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Maintain, analyze, and further develop tracking tools used to monitor ongoing topics, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements
Do you enjoy working on real-world projects, are you interested in the behind-the-scenes processes of an international aviation group, and do you actively contribute your own ideas? Then you've come to the right place!
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
- You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written certificate of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- You have in-depth knowledge of common MS Office applications
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have gained some practical experience through internships, part-time jobs, or extracurricular activities; this would be an advantage
- Ideally, you have already had some exposure to the aviation industry
