Tasks
- Support in developing a prototype for procurement templates to facilitate the structured selection and evaluation of software solutions
- Analysis, documentation, and further development of OTS processes, standards, and best practices
- Creation of templates, checklists, guidelines, and decision-making aids for business and IT stakeholders
- Contributing to the development of an OTS knowledge platform using Wiki and SharePoint structures
- Preparing workshops, meetings, and management documents
- Research and market analysis on off-the-shelf solutions, digital tools, and best practices
- Creation of process visualizations, presentations, and user-oriented communication materials
- Supporting collaboration between business, procurement, and IT
- Participating in meetings for the Off-the-Shelf Software initiative and workshops on change management
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, IT-related Economics, or a comparable field
- Interest in digitalization, software solutions, process optimization, and modern IT governance
- Initial experience with GenAI development tools or prototyping tools, e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Figma Build
- A structured, independent, and creative approach to work
- Enjoyment in presenting complex content in an understandable way and translating it into practical solutions
- Interest in the intersection of business, IT, procurement, and user experience
