Tasks

  • Executing standard HR processes within the team’s area of responsibility
  • Settling business travel costs and other employee expenses for colleagues worldwide
  • Supporting employees by answering questions related to travel reimbursements and expense claims
  • Performing various accounting-related activities, including year-end closing tasks
  • Working with SAP and other HR tools/applications, taking necessary actions to prevent possible errors
  • Using internal procedures actively and contributing to process changes, improvements, and projects
  • Maintaining high service standards, delivering results in line with SLAs, and preparing reports
  • Analyzing own errors, reporting them, and proposing solutions to help eliminate issues from daily operational work
  • Understanding and following confidential data protection rules
  • Maintaining professional and supportive communication with employees and stakeholders
  • Supporting the onboarding of new hires through training activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field will be an asset
  • Very good command of English, at least B2 level
  • Command of German (preferably B1 level) will be an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR Services is required for the Advisor role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to support employees in a professional and friendly way
  • Experience with SAP will be an asset
  • Good command of MS Excel will be an asset
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team
  • Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
  • Flexibility and openness to learning new processes and tools
