Tasks
- Work on various projects together with interfaces; e.g. new cargo management system upgrade, collaboration project with Lufthansa Cargo
- Support the team in process reviews and their documentation
- Support the preparation of training content for global sales teams
- Prepare presentations and KPI reports; e.g. for weekly performance measurements
- Work on new tools and templates to provide to global sales teams
- Support and conduct regular deep-dive sales analysis
- Participation at regular team and other relevant interface meetings

Requirements
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in Business Administration, Economics or similar (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Team player with very good communication and social skills
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to articulating and illustrating analyses and presentations
- Very good spoken and written English skills, German and any other language is an asset
- Very good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
