Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for IT products
- Spot opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
- Translate business needs into product features that support strategic goals
- Prepare clear specifications, process diagrams and user stories
- Work closely with product owners, tech teams and business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and support decision-making
- Apply Design Thinking and a user-focused approach

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Hands-on requirements engineering for commercial/customer-facing solutions
- Ability to turn business needs/strategies into product development initiatives
- Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies & Design Thinking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive, creative, results-driven and ready to challenge the status quo
- Ownership mindset with collaborative approach and ability to work independently
- Fluent Polish & English (B2/C1)
- Willingness for occasional travel
