Tasks
- Maintain and update process visualizations and organizational charts in the process management tool in line with internal standards and methodologies
- Ensure process content is available in both English and German using the integrated translation tool
- Manage and update documentation within the integrated document management system (DMS)
- Maintain and update process management roles within the system

Requirements
- A university degree or relevant professional experience in business administration, economics, international business, process management, or industrial engineering
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- A precise, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, along with a proactive, creative, and highly engaged mindset
- A sense of ownership, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with process management tools (e.g., ARIS) is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
